Included: tables, chairs, and kitchen access. The Post kitchen does not provide utensils or supplies. Payment is accepted online through Zeffy.
Deposit & Refund Policy
Deposit holds your date. Your reservation is confirmed once we receive the deposit ($150 Small Hall, $350 Large Hall) and your signed rental agreement.
Deposit refund. The deposit is refunded after the walk-through at the end of your event, as long as the hall is clean, the trash is in the dumpster, and there is no damage. Smoking inside or using glitter forfeits the deposit. Refunds can take 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
Rent. The rent is non-refundable within 6 weeks of your event. If you cancel more than 6 weeks ahead, let us know in writing.
Plan to leave the hall the way you found it. The Renter Checklist lists everything to do before the walk-through.
Hall rental is 10 AM to 10 AM the following day.
Failure to clean up before 10 AM the following day forfeits the deposit.
Rental payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Failure to pay on time forfeits the reservation and the deposit.
The alcohol time rule applies to renter-hosted alcohol. Renters may serve free beverages only until 8:00 PM. After 8 PM, Post officers or appointed persons can serve until 11 PM.
Guests must park at the building they are reserving or in the back.
Tables and chairs must be wiped, and chairs must be folded and laid on the tables.

How to Book
- Check the calendar above for an open date in the hall you want.
- Send a request by email to
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Include the date, the hall, BBQ pit yes/no, the type of event, and about how many guests. - We confirm and send the rental agreement with a Zeffy payment link.
- Sign the agreement and pay the deposit (Zeffy) to lock in your date.
- Pay the rent 2 weeks prior to the event. Failure to pay on time forfeits the reservation and the deposit. Coordinate hall key pickup with the Commander.
- Enjoy your event, clean up, and do the walk-through. Then we refund your deposit.
