Fill in the renter blanks from the Post’s Hall Rental Agreement (Rev. Jan 2026, published April 2026). Then print the PDF and sign it. Submitting this form does not reserve the date.

Published rates

Large Hall: rent $1,200, deposit $350. Up to 550 guests.
Small Hall: rent $350, deposit $150. Up to 130 guests.
BBQ pit: $50. It can be rented by itself. No separate security deposit is published for the pit alone.

The rental window is 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM the next day. Rent is due 2 weeks before the event. Payment is by Zeffy only. No checks.

EventRental date

The hall or pit is yours from 10:00 AM on this date until 10:00 AM the next day. That window is printed on the agreement. It is not a blank you can change.

Check every space you want. The BBQ pit can be the only rental.

Large Hall (rent $1,200, deposit $350) Small Hall (rent $350, deposit $150) BBQ pit ($50, can be rented by itself) Bar service requested (no separate published fee). Free beverages only until 8:00 PM. After that, the Post handles service under its private-club permit.

Left blank for the Post

The Commander or Post representative signature, name, and date are not on this form. That block is labeled “Completed by the Commander when the reservation is processed.” Deposit paid, rent paid, and your signature are also left blank so you can sign the printed copy. Do not write those in here.

I understand the reservation is not active until the signed agreement and the deposit are both received.
